Sandy is a seasoned real estate broker operating in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, and is also licensed in Texas. With over a decade of experience renovating homes alongside her husband, she brings a unique perspective to the real estate market.

Sandy devoted 20 years to the nonprofit sector, as an executive leader overseeing 200 employees and 400 volunteers while facilitating impactful change within the organizations. She assisted with corporate strategic planning, implementing new processes, procedures and systems. 

She understands that many leaders often operate ineffectively, surrounded by untapped talent. This can lead to frustration for both leaders and their teams. By identifying, developing, engaging and empowering emerging leaders, organizations can ignite enthusiasm and exponentially multiply effectiveness. 

Sandy helped manage large corporate and community wide events with over 3,000 volunteers feeding over a million people. She also serves on the Board of the McDonald County, MO Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her commitment to the community. She lives in the country with her husband, Craig and their energetic chocolate lab, Rosie.
