Thane Seeley serves as Director of Airport Operations at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), where he leads the strategic oversight of airport operations, safety programs, and day-to-day operational excellence. With more than a decade of experience in aviation management, he has built a strong track record in operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and team development.

In his role, Thane is responsible for managing critical airport functions, supporting regional growth, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people and goods through one of Arkansas’s key economic gateways. He has led numerous projects involving federal and state grant funding, technology implementation, and operational improvements that directly support the region’s continued expansion.

Thane is passionate about community engagement and economic development, recognizing the vital role aviation plays in connecting businesses and strengthening local economies. He is an active member of the Arkansas Airport Operators Association and has contributed to national aviation research initiatives.

He holds a Bachelor of Air Transportation Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
